Tata Nano's fire story continues

Yet another nano catches fire. Two years back when the Nano was launched the world appreciated that it was an excellent work of engineering for the price it was sold, But all that is being depreciated when ever we hear the story about a Nano catching fire. Economic times reports that a Nano caught fire today at the Sivaranjani crossroads Ahmedbad, The owner of the car reported that the car caught fire when he was driving home. Earlier we heard cases like this after that Tata motors tested during last year September and October and concluded that the car was safe.

Last November we saw Nano sales was down to 509 units after that the company promoted the car aggressively and came up with special scheme for Finance and also monthly maintenance contract of Rs 99, After that we saw the sales number went up to 6703, 8262 in January and February and now the shocking news, issues like this could really affect the sales.
